Advise needed - Specific requirements for an AV Receiver

I plan to build a psuedo 5.1 system around an existing 2 channel system. The completed system will feature full range L/R Mains, L/R Surrounds, Phantom Center, No Sub. I will be feeding L/R pre outpus from the receiver into my 2 channel amp and will be driving the surrounds directly from the receiver's speaker outputs.

The receiver must have the following features:

1) Phantom center support for Dolby 5.1 and DTS 5.1
2) 5.1 direct analog inputs (not digitized)
3) 5.1 analog pre outputs (must support use of L/R pre outputs in conjunction with LS/RS speaker outputs)

I am currently evaluating an Outlaw 1050. Unfortunately it does not support Phantom Center mode in DTS 5.1. otherwise it works perfectly

I would be very greatful for any recommendations that fit the above criteria. I would be even more greatful for recommendations that fall within a $500-$700 dollar price point.

Steve
