Rotel RSP-1066 versus OutlawAudio 950

Hello Everyone,
Right now I'm trying to decide between the OutlawAudio 950 and the Rotel RSP-1066. I will only be using either surround processor to handle HT duty as I already have a high quality stereo pre-amp. They are both close in price (Rotel is $1000 used) and Outlaw is $800 new. Has anyone compared the HT sound quality of the two units. How do their home theator filters compare (for removing the excessive brightness recorded on most DVDs)?

Thanks
