Help with lack of screen size (masking?)

Hi, I ma looking for some advice. I have a DLP projector that is supposed to fill my 96" X 52" permanent screen when it is mounted at the limit of my room - 14' 7" and it doesnt. It misses about 3-4 inches on both sides in 16:9 mode. This is when I use the projector's blue screen. I turn on a DVD Widescreen and it fills that same image, not quite large enough but I guess it will have to do. Then the DVD'd main screen comes up and even the Movie's producer screen, like the Paramount logo - still fills the screen more or less. Then the movie itself comes on and the picture is significantly smaller - now I have 7-8 inches on both sides and 4-5 on top and bottom and I can't make it any larger - the zoom is all the way out.

Any suggestions or answers would be greatly welcomed.

Nigel
