I need some help with a RCA 56" hdtv monitor....

I purchased this unit about 7 months ago. three months ago the picture started flickering to and from a red skewed presentation. Some times it was almost a constant thing. But, it was/is intermittent. I sent the monitor in for warrenty service. They said they replaced the driver for the red tube. The problem still manifest itself with all sources, and all inputs. The problem is that the shop doing the repairs, now say, they never saw the problem. My take is they haven't a clue, so are denying it. If I want to send the monitor to a different Warrenty center, I will have to pay substational freight cost. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem before the warrenty runs out. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I appreciate your thoughts and/or ideas!
Sincerely,
Julien
