I'm not sure if I spelled them correctly, but they're circular patterns on the TV screen with one particular DVD in genereal (an NTSC disc, but on a PAL system).I have a normal CRT 28" Telefunken TV, and the DVD player is connected via SCART (RGB). I've tried composit, and another DVD player as well - but they're still there.
What are they caused by?
