My new Compaq Presario laptop was playing movies all day and then started skipping [a/v] when I put a new disc in. I looked at it and sure enough the kids had gotten it pretty dirty. I cleaned it but now I can't get any of the discs to play w/o the same problem. I hit the laser with compressed air but no luck. It's under warrenty but before I go that route...
