I have a 13 year old Onkyo receiver that needs upgrading but before I do that I was wondering if I can hookup my DVD player to it and get surround out of it?If so, will I be losing anything by not having an actual dvd input? The receiver has no s-video, coax, or anything as it is so old.
I don't mind upgrading, but if this can be hooked up it would suit me fine.....
