Hi all. I'm interested in getting my Proceed PAV upgraded by MSB Technology. I'm a little concerned because I've e-mailed them several times and called them a couple times, but I've gotten no response. Are they still in business? Has anyone had upgrade experience with them? Good, bad, indifferent, I'm interested in your experience.
