multichannel amp to power my maggie center /surrounds?

198.240.130.75

I have a maggie MGCC1 and MG10.1 for center/surround and I am thinking of getting a 3-5ch amp to power those set of 3 speakers. The MGCC1 would produce signal above 155hz (via dedicated Hsu 10v sub/xover,) and MG10.1 would be above 80hz.

I've looked at Classe CAV-75 (75wpc, but could be run @ 150wpc in bridged mode,) Anthem MCA-3/5, EAD PM-500 (might be a tad underpowered @ 100wpc,) and McCormack HT-1. Some old stuff that I might look at are Chiro C-500/C-300 and Golden Theater GTA-1, although they are either rarely on the market and the companies are defunct.

Has anyone used the Classe CAV-75 in bridged mode for maggies? Is the EAD-500 powerful enough for this application? What about the McCormack HT-1? It is rarely mentioned.

Thanks for any info.
