DTVcity ALERT: still waiting, and the lies go on and on...

just a quick update:

I've now called 7 times about the December 17th (that was a year ago) order that remains unfullfilled, notwithstanding the emails proclaiming fake tracking numbers with Fed Ex 2-day delivery.

I'm still receiving the "runaround" treatment(their term, sent to me by their customer service person Laura Belton, in an email that has proven to be yet another lie, at best)...ie "I'll call you back" which may yet be true, as it was never said WHEN they would call back.

Meanwhile my bank informs me they have debited the funds. Looks like retaining counsel to fight them in the courts was prudent.

I don't recommend anyone attempt a transaction with DTVcity, and if you must, for God's sake don't pay them first.
