I just saw this for the first time (on Blu-Ray) and agree

It looks good, but there is no plot. It's just a series of action sequences, like a porno movie.
The dialog is lame. No character development either.
I hate the jerky-cam effects every time there was action (maybe the camera-man was epileptic?), along with the dubbing of over-the-top jet/helicopter noises. I appreciate it was made on a budget.
The military tactics are ridiculous. In the scene where they are sent to do a forensic examination of a bombing, they decide to go off chasing insurgents. I'm sure bomb techs do that all the time. I saw some ex-military guy on the Jim Lehrer News Hour a couple of days ago really criticising this aspect of the movie.
I really wanted to enjoy this movie. It could have been so much better by offering a deep insight into the lives of bomb techs, rather than serving up tired old cliches...
