I found it on the right side just on top of the microphone jack. I think it's on the left on the V465 since that's the same info Yamaha initially sent me before telling me it's on the right on the V463. I couldn't find it with a flashlight so I cut out a 1" round piece of cardboard and glued it to a 6" surgical Q-Tip. Then, I kept moving it around the right side while my wife kept hitting the volume control on the remote. This may be something for people to try if they have trouble with the flashlight method. Thanks for the suggestions.
