Winona (I was gonna pay for it...honest!) Ryder, Uma (how did I marry such a schmuck?) Thurman. For looks, acting ability: I'd put them up against any three of the past....thirty years. But what vehicles! Isn't there a writer in Hollywood that knows how to construct an entertaining vehicle for a woman anymore? Anyone else out there feel writing is the most neglected piece of US cinematic scene? Is it because of writers' strike, or what??
