I had the same reaction. When I first picked it up, I was thinking that it'd just be a time-filler and my general dis-like of Drew Barrymore just about assured me that it would be a waste. I remember half way thru thinking the exact same thing you did - "Wow!" - and even Drew seemed to be, well, likable....heh heh:-)
Really a must see flick. Thanks for reminding me of it, I'd like to see it again.
