It seem interesting that the latest titles "Black Hawk Down" and "A Beautiful Mind" have been deeply discounted, to average retail prices ranging from $15.99 and $17.00, respectively, on their release. Even the new "Pearl Harbor" 4DVD set, at prices around $25.00...for FOUR DVD's !!!!!
Talk about "fixing" the books, and artificially pumping up DVD sales! While one has to shell out regular prices for regular, and aesthetically solid titles, all these new releases get "dumped" on the market like the new Hootie and the Blowfish CD.
We all know what happened to Hootie and the Blowfish !
What's going on here ?
