The idea of Max Von Sydow and Tom Cruise not acting in the same scenes is troubling, especially if it's noticeable to an observant viewer. Problems with the plot (i.e., trying to cover-up illogic with action or forced tension) and continuity flaws are more distressing in my estimation. The concept addressed in Minority Report is challenging; unfortunately, Steven Spielberg has a habit of sloppiness that rears it's ugly head at the most inopportune moments.AuPh
