Very nice British (Wales ?) effort. Black comedy kind of Twin Peak/Fargo like. Woman writer Belinda Bauer, and director, Philippa Cousins. A small town beauty queen dies in company of town teenage losers. They cover it up and years later a lookalike girl shows up in town. Ghost or real ? I really enjoyed it.
