I found The Raggedy Rawney and The F.B.I. Story screening cassettes in a Sally Ann thrift store. Didn't notice better quality from a rental. My guess about cassette trailers is either a trailer for the film itself or a trailer for the videocassette release of the film so video retailers can decide if they want to purchase multiple copies.
