I forget which one but it was supposed to be a HDCD version & got a generic one from another label instead. However, after several personable albeit frustrating communiquÃ©s we reached an amicable agreement. It was complicated because of coupons & S&H charges involved. As such, considering returning the CD that eventually cost me $10 wasn't worth the S&H. They restored the coupon as a decent compromise for what I assume was a human error. I assume such since it was a single incident in a long mutually beneficial history.
