Watched this over the weekend. While I'm not sure this was a prime candidate for the Superbit treatment, I had forgotten what a great movie it was.Take the stunning locations and haunting soundtrack, add Ethan Hawke, Uma Thurman and Jude Law (all some of their very best work), not to mention Alan Arkin (a fish out of water old time cop in the new world of DNA technology- who I must say embraces it quite well) and you would already have had a film of merit.
But the story is intriguing, well conceived, and intelligent and makes the movie worth watching many times over.
Read between the lines of the blurring of personal identity in favor of genetic identity and you'll have the meat of many after dinner conversations.
Really well done and a must see for all film buffs!
