I have always loved the old French underworld films with Jean Gabin, Yves Montand, Alain Delon, Jean Paul Belmondo, Gerand Depardieu and others. Unfortunately finding them here, in the heart of the US is nearly impossible, so every such date is a celebration.
The imdb says "Deux hommes dans la ville" was released in the US in 1976, but I was not able to find it. Did you find the tape in the US or elsewhere? I know my wife would love to see it - she just loves Gabin. Have you seen it yet? How was it?
