Home Films/DVD Asylum

Movies from comedy to drama to your favorite Hollyweird Star.

It's outstanding sound-wise and visually (i.e., it's an anamorphic WS presentation!)

Steve Howe gets plenty of screen time as do the others (except the keyboard player who departed shortly after this performance and was replaced last summer once again by Rick Wakeman). The camera work is very professional, consistently where it should be and only very rarely frustrating (i.e., focusing on the incorrect player momentarily during a key passage or solo).

What strikes me most about this particular performance is just how good Jon Anderson's vocals are; delicate high-range vocals like his are very dependent upon the setting, proper amplification balance and of course how his voice is on a given night. Well, in this performance Jon's vocals were dead-on and he seemed to be hitting ALL the high notes perfectly.

I hope that this info helps, and BTW, I highly recommend this DVD, especially to YES fans!

Cheers,
AuPh
