Saw this movie and, like yourself, quite liked it...but I think Spike Lee also had too much time on his hands. He didn't seem content enough to make a movie about a non-repentent drug dealer spending his last night on the town. For whatever reason he needed to bring in 9-11, and then other generalizations about the US and what it means to be an New Yorker. It was simply out of place.Doug Schneider
