The restoration of Fritz Lang's first sound feature, the classic "M" (Eine Stadt Sucht Einen Morder) will be available on DVD as a 2 DVD import with loads of extras from Eureka in September. [see linked URL]
This, based on reviews of the German restoration from another site, promises to blow the existing Criterion version away in every conceivable way and nearly be the equal in quality to the meticulously restored Metropolis recently released by both Kino (here) & Eureka (in Gr. Britain).
