Hey Patrick - GET that $10: L'Homme Du Train is wort it...

...and then some.

A marvelous film.

The basic theme has been covered many times before, but hardly ever with this subtlety and class. Usually it is treated with some much more ridiculous and "interesting" (in the eyes of the maker) situations.

Rocheford is as great as ever, a pure joy to look at. Johnny Hallyday is more than keeping up with the great Jean - I have not seen him before.

Beautiful cinematography, typically fine European eye and taste, enough philosophy and melancholy to fill a small lake... mood galore.

We enjoyed it. It didn't break any new grounds, but it tells the old story in a touching and delicate way, with great interplay of two great actors... this is much more than we can say of most of today's production.

Someone suggested it was slow... I stayed riveted, there was no idle moment in the film.
