Caine is very good as so often. The Vietnamese girl is a beauty, her sister in this film is playing even better.
But the film is a failure, I did not read Graham novel but here may lie the problem...
It could have been so good. I am really sorry that it did not realize.Our loss.
This film is just pretentious, loaded with cliches.
Mr. Frazer is just plainly bad. He has no meat. He stay as a shadow along the lines.
