Here are two posts from the evo (car magazine) website that i have to agree with:
What stupid f*ck would sit in a box in public for 44 days? Maybe someone who thought he would be hero-worshipped in a similar way to the Americans who watched him spend time on top of a pole?
I'm very glad that the British cynicism is treating this c*nt with the disrespect he deserves.

The man is taking himself far too seriously and deserves all he gets.
At the end of the day he is getting 5mill for sitting on his arse for a few weeks, we as a nation of mickey takers have to do our best to make it a challenge for him.

Sure its mean and nasty but hes an idiot for thinking he would get the same treatment he gets in the US.
