2nd tiem this month they tried to charge me $4.64 for a late returned rental. First tiem I paid, asuming it was my mistake. Just now they said I returned a video Monday night\Tuesday morning, and wanted $4.64. I asked for proof and the snotty kid behind the counter said he personally ad counted the drop box, and I had returned it Tuesday before noon.I had my hotel bill from the swanky hotel in London I was in until Tuesday afternoon. I got ack hee Tuesday evening. And I remember dropping the video off Thursday on the way to DIA.
"Yeah, out of the country, sure!" was the snot-nose kid's reply.
But I get the bogus charge off. Watch this, this could be a pattern.
