Everytime you expect something to happen, nothing much does. A wonderful, mature effort which shows quiet and slow does NOT equal boring. Unlike a lot of current releases, as the film continued, I wanted it to show me more.
As anti-Hollywood a film as you could find, but it has something of the old time tinsel town charm. (Tasteful scoring, too).
Looks like (I haven't seen it yet but only read reviews, including those here) if you enjoyed "Station Agent," you'll similarly have a good time at "The Housekeeper."
