I agree Big Night is the better of the two, but surprisingly they have similar scenes - the chef telling the customer he is an idiot... and that overal attitude towards the patrons... so German... so rude... authentic! Goes well with our personal experiences in the Germanic countries, where we, so used to the American "customer is always right" treatment were taught a lessen. Almost old Russian.
