Yes, I did like Crumb and Ghostworld. I liked Something about Mary. I like rap music and African-American stand-up humor: no problem with street talk.
But this movie was unrelentingly NOT funny.
A guy pisses himself while actually being Santa and...no one notices? He drinks a dozen cans of beer, already dead drunk, and THEN cracks a safe? A guy is drunk on his ass, yells at ALL the kids as they sit on his lap and no one notices---no kid complains? He shows up for a job reeking of liquor and tells his prospective employer about his "fuckstick" and is hired anyway to work with KIDS? He makes a habit out of ripping off stores at Christmas time with a DWARF and is never apprehended? He drinks ALL day, pounds four shots and fucks a 20-year old to orgasm in a car? Punked out, spiked/painted-haired skateboarders are the hasslers of a kid who is fat and a fellow non-conformist? ALL the notes in this film are wrong.
Cruelty is NOT humorous. You want funny, anti-kid stuff? Go rent pretty much any W. C. Fields.
