Is a relatively new French film ( 2003 ), it is based on the novel from gaston Leroux whom you may better know for his " Arsene Lupin " stories.
Every Frenchman has been raised ( milked ) with this, so we have a certain understanding and fantasy how a film should sounds and feel.
This one is horrible, the actors terrible, the story pitiful, wondering how much money they did spend on this film...Not much...Even the lighting is poor....and boring oh so boring!
