It was OK. I thought it badly cut, however -- at least towards the opening. Or maybe the director didn't shoot enough coverage...For instance, what led the boy to go 'way into the forest to scatter candy? *How'd he know*?
And at first the dog was forcibly excluded from the room, then we find him suddenly entering freely.
And what about having that bright light on in the backyard shed? Who threw the switch those several times? And why? Anyway, wasn't E.T. supposedly allergic to light?
And... and... and...
But it *was* fun when the bicycles took off!
