Buenos Aires to take over accounts from his mysteriously vanished predecessor, Reyes. As he meets and socializes with clients, including a powerful monsignor, he and his wife gradually become aware of the connections between the military, the super-wealthy, and the Church in the revolution, in the "disappearances," that are shaking Argentina.
Without so much as a voice raised in anger, a shot fired, this film creates a terrifying view into a society that has suspended the rule of law and in which power justifies all acts.
