I never saw the whole Volume One nor any of Volume Two. This was both volumes re-edited and joined by an intermission, with the addition of an anime segment added to Volume One. It was about four and a half hours altogether, and I will never do that again.
My one thought upon leaving the theater was, "What's the point?"
If you are a martial arts junkie, this is your Mecca. It seemed to be non-stop violence with a very small plot mixed in. I never warmed to any character except for Lucy Liu and her exotic good looks. Although Uma completely transformed when she rarely smiled and looked like an Uma I've never seen before.
'Kill BIll', for me, is out of its time zone.
