What a total sleeper! First, go deep into a South African jungle, add two lost park rangers, two bohemian jungle worshipers, lots of macro-lenses, a decent cast, and a good story that gives you get an unusual, haunting film that punches a lot of buttons.

This does not have the chintzy feel of the ZA alien critters films. This is much better, more native. Try it, you will probably like it.

Warning: the score takes a Nolanesque upturn near the end. A lot going on.
