and Benicio del Toro is a fine noir, set in the Motor City, and sporting a properly convoluted and interesting plot line based on a true story: the collusion among the Big 3 to hide catalytic converter tech information from the feds.
Don't expect, "The Naked City," and settle back for an above average drama with a surprising number of gifted male actors (Liotta and Damon with nice cameos)--- the females were a minor league few.
