Watched this film the other night for the first time ever.
It was excellent. But it did not scare me in the least,
perhaps because I am a thoroughgoing atheist/sceptic. The
special effects were truly amazing, esp. for the time.
Freidkin has always been one of my favorite directors anyway.
He made a little gem of a movie called "Sorcerer", about 4
guys who have to haul a load of dynamite thru the jungle to
a oil well site. If you haven't seen it, look for it. Quite
