Hey Mart,If you are the same mart who has that fantastic system described in "Inmate Systems", is there really a reason to go to the movies unless you want to see a certain movie before it is released on DVD or if it is a sci-fi movie with lots of big screen only sort of effects. I would do it for the sci fi reason but not the former reason because i really do not mind waiting (always easy to occupy oneself with some other interest of mine especially when I have to consider the rather unappetising thought of the usual popcorn / food smells in theatres).
By the way, thanks so much for some initial help when i was setting up my system quite some time back. In case you do not remember I went with the B&W setup (ASW2000, etc. etc.); threw the smaller ASW1000 into the basement for my gym needs along with a spare 602 B&W. I finally listen to music and quite a few art and sci fi movies. I even watch MTV (!!!) and the BBC news on shortwave radio in my gym at 6 am in the morning (some guy told on this or another forum told me about a Y device to connect headphone jack to the speakers. Could never hear it before over the treadmill din.

PS.: i dunno why especially because I watch movies like Something about mary only with some scant interest anyway but I think I was rooting for the bad guy. Weird huh!! More likely i was just bored at someone's house or something like that.
