I recently saw a DVD of this great movie: even only because of HAHAHAHA!!! Herbert Gronemeyer as the journalist. That guy became a Schlager-singer) and I have to admit I was rather disappointed by the quality of the picture in terms of visual satisfaction like for instance 'The Wild Bunch' which is a lot older movie, but it seemed like they copied the submarine from a VHS which has been stored in a damp basement for a couple of months.
Some money less in the wallet and some more in the river,
