Movies from comedy to drama to your favorite Hollyweird Star.

Hi,
I don't own a basketball, and i can't afford to fly near a tropical island anytime soon. So, instead of a 'deserted island' list, i think
of a 'Whoa, this is cool' list would be better.
I ask only one thing, these shoulds be movies that have *not* been mentioned in a week or two. So....here goes,
1) any Tracy/Hepburn movie- Most of you have probably seen every one, for the sad few for whom this is news.....
2) Cary Grant- His Girl Friday/Bringing up Baby/Charade/Father Goose....what was the one with the women on the sub?
3) Robert Mitchum- prob many but the only one that springs to mind is... Heaven Knows, Mr Allison
4) Viva Max -really cute 60's comedy that has a Mexican patrol retaking the Alamo
5) the original Muppet Movie -for my 2 cents, a wonderful movie, the song "I'm going to go back there someday" is a treasure
6)Piece of Cake- powerful Brit docudrama, the book raised the hair on the back of my head..
7)A Walk in the Clouds -one of my favorites, gorgeous to look at, a slow paced, old fashioned love story with an incredible supporting cast
8)Lawrence of Arabia -this needs a big screen, no, i mean a big, big screen, they don't make 'em that big anymore. Would love to catch it in an Imax theatre
9)The Commitments -this coveys the feel of the Sixties better for me than anything else. It's about a bunch of Irish kids forming a soul band, best if you like soul music and have a HT
10) O Brother where Art Thou- surreal version of the Odyssey set in the 30's.
11) Tuskegee Airmen -HBO movie about Black airmen in WW2, an excellent
movie in its' own right.
12) A New Leaf- old 60's Walter Matthau comedy, a lovely old movie, not sure if someone younger would like it
13) Hopscotch - an amusing twist on the spy v spy theme
14) Cactus Flower -another nice Matthau comedy
15) What's Up, Doc - clasic 60's screwball comedy with a nice sense of irony
16)Foul Play - yet another good 60's comedy
17)Catch 22 -hate it when life gets to be like this movie
