Maltese Falcon, Big Sleep, African Queen, Treasue of the Sierra
Madre, and Casablanca. Four of these made the AFI best 100 list.For actress, I have to vote for Hepburn. Cant name but 2 great
films she has been in (African Queen and Bringing Up Baby), but
she has been at least great in every film I have seen her in.And Victor's post about foreign actors/actresses cant be ignored
certainly, but I am abysmally ignorant about foreign film.
