Watched Mulholland Drive last night and I really enjoyed it. Even though I found the film to be totally engaging, I will have to give it a second viewing so I can put more of the puzzle together. I was kinda left with the feeling "what was that all about?" at the end of the movie. Seems like all pieces to the story are there, but I wasn't quite able to assemble them in a cohesive manner.I had a little different reaction after I saw Blue Velvet, which I also liked. At the end of Blue Velvet, while I had more of an of understanding what I saw in regards to plot, I felt a bit disturbed - like coming upon a recent a car accident or something.....Anyway, I'll probably give MD another look over the weekend. Hopefully things will come together a liitle better after a 2nd viewing.
