It was the first concert simulcast to movie theaters. I bought a VHS copy (probably pirated since it's out of print) on Amazon.com or through a Google search (I don't recall) last year for about $25. It contains the "TNT Show" as well. The interesting thing is that the last part of James Brown's performance in TAMI - where he passes out and has to be revived a couple of times - was cut from the tape because he upstaged the headliners, The Rolling Stones. A great time capsule.
