A coproduction between France and Israel, filmed in the later, spoken in Georgian and hebrew, it plundge in a feodal time, that prevail not long ago in sicily, short I could not identify myself with a man, over 31 years old whose family ruined his life because he was in love with a divorced woman with a child!
Curiously it is almost pornographic, a huge contrast with the central theme.
The director is very manipulative, and this film hesitate between comedy and tragedy, to sink definitively in the black.
I did not like it, even he has some charms, particulary for the first 20 minutes.
