I can't believe

you noticed that girl in the backgrond too! I remember thinking, "wow, she's hotter than Uma!"

I personally thought vol. I was more fun and hilarious. I really enjoyed the Japan scenes. Vol II seems a bit slow and boring to me. Not much swordplay or martial arts scenes compared to vol I.

I don't know, if Tarantino set out to copy/parody the Martial Arts/Samurai genre, he really should have done so ALL THE WAY. I feel that he did it half-ass (possibly to dumb down to the Western Public?)
