Some refreshing picks on this list, not alot of Hollywood tripe. It's a novel idea. Science fiction film picks from actual scientists. Screened Blade Runner just last night, I still enjoy it as a film that made an impression on me in my youth, but doesn't match the artistry of '2001', IMO.
How about indie directors pick their 10 ten films? I'd like to see what Jim Jarmusch would offer up.
