This cheesy, C grade film from Nippon featured the obligatory beautiful heroine who could martial the arts and shoot better than James Bond. The interesting point is that the plot took place in and around a US military base on Oki that involved a Japanese crime boss who lived inside the perimeter and had hired a large group of corrupt US soliders (played by unkown US actors) to protect and kill for him. The nice touch was the constant visual and aural reference to US fighters overhead cirlcing on a landing pattern. 8^)Makes me wonder, in the world film industry, how many anti-American themes are cranked out each year.
( huh? )
