Watched Hitchcock's Psycho once again last night. Norman Bates sure stutters a lot at significant moments, like when he's trying to explain to Marion where the motel room's bathroom and shower are.Can anyone here think of some other stuttering film villains? Does the stutter disclose anything about the character? What does it disclose? Anyone know how stuttering was perceived at the Hitchock made the film?
Wierd question, I know; bear with me.
