I really enjoyed this film when I saw it about one and a half years ago. I appreciated the time spent on the train. Typical rules require that the actor get on the train at their point of origin, then, unless something exiting happens on the train, they are shown getting off the train. I found the characher interesting enough that I enjoyed the long train ride. And one of the perks of seeing foreign films is seeing landscape that you normally would not see. As you say, not for the viewer whose favorite genre is action explosions. If you like and appreciate films where the suspense builds, then you should enjoy this one.
